Data engineers are creating the infrastructure, and maintaining it. They are needed by the data scientists, to clean, structure and partition the data.
Product managers are the future. They make sure the product is successfull, understand the features needed and lay out the priority for the roadmap to develop
IT Project Managers are usually detail oriented, good at managing money time and stress but also a good team coach.
