Tech companies are laying off Americans and replacing us with foreign workers

Pinned

I’m the original creator of this video. I made this account because I’m a software engineer displaced by tech companies spamming H1B visas during a tech recession. Special thanks to @LauraLoomer for helping spread our message!

An anti-Trump tech bro with an Asian wife who wants to influence the Trump admin to flood our country with H1B visa workers so that American jobs are given to foreigners instead of hard working Americans. I mean isn’t that the bio for all of the tech bros who aren’t…

O-1 is already getting gamed out

News: People like me have no hopes of getting h1b anymore. Will have to try for o1 visa.

Now following @techworker2sa

This account has been throttled after mass reports by coordinated groups that don’t want us to have a voice in our own country. Follow @techworker2sa, as I’ll be posting from there until the throttle is lifted.

@Sec_Noem, check your mailbox. You will find a letter that says: "Stop giving 4eigner s2dents H1Bs 2day -Chuck" Please heed this request. The fate of our country (literally) depends on it

DHS needs 2 stop issuing work authorizations 2 student visa holders who compete against Americans It’s in direct violation of law &puts USA at risk of tech and corporate espionage I sent a letter 2 DHS Scty Noem asking her to end work authorizations 4 foreign student visa holders

I'd argue it's even worse. Americans with CS degrees were not competing against H1B mills for jobs. Re-allocating more H1Bs to big tech companies means less opportunity for high skilled Americans.

F-1, OPT, and STEM OPT students inside the United States can apparently skirt the new $100,000 H-1B fee. If true, the new H-1B rule is just lipstick on a pig.

They play tricks. They can't silence everyone. Post and Post again. Make your voices heard. Let people know. END H-1B DEPORT

The @theallinpod just said there’s a shortage of Americans for high skilled tech jobs. Then they spent 10 min comparing H1B to Operation Paperclip, which brought in 1,600 German scientists after WW2. And patted themselves on the back for not being born here.

🚨 CORPORATE ABUSE OF THE H-1B VISA PROGRAM: 1. Fire American workers. 2. Blame it on “AI” or “tech advances.” 3. File thousands of visa petitions. 4. Underpay foreign workers in worse working conditions. This can’t continue.

We are being INVADED and your politicians DON'T CARE. They are OWNED by large corporations, which have ALL been taken over by THE INDIAN FRAUD PIPELINE. Our IMMIGRATION SYSTEM HAS BEEN HIJACKED, and they tried to SHUT US UP with LIES ...to the ENTIRE NATION.

The lack of assimilation and the absolute fraudulent visa scam system in certain populations must be addressed. Since they are problems, they shouldn't be treated as a favored caste of migrant workers.

The government and establishment kept stealing from Americans until there was nothing left and they stop having kids. So did they stop stealing? Fuck no, they started outsourcing, hiring H-1Bs and advocating for mass immigration.

Community noted lol

Raising the H-1B visa fee to $100,000 risks shutting off the pipeline of highly trained physicians, especially in rural and underserved communities. The AMA stands ready to work with the administration and our partners in medicine to exempt health care workers from this policy,…

If you make it the ‘H-1B and L-1 Abolishment Act,’ we will chimp out until it is signed by the president

Hiring H1Bs to staff DEI departments… Because we don’t have enough “talented” Americans eager to promote racism in hiring

I just closed my business account at Citi!

Citibank charges us 30% interest, keeping many Americans as debt slaves while giving jobs to India—not Americans. Americans make the owners of Citibank rich. Parasitic!

*CITI MOVES ALMOST 1,000 TECH JOBS TO INDIA AFTER CHINA CUTS

Finally, someone in power is focusing on big tech. We’re reaching the tipping point: “With all of the homegrown American talent relegated to the sidelines, we find it hard to believe that Amazon cannot find qualified American tech workers to fill these positions”

I’ve said many times on here that H1B does not prevent outsourcing but instead it actually enables it. Don’t believe me? Maybe you’d prefer the @nytimes? Well here you go, from 2007. @RonHira thanks for your persistence, saw you are quoted.
