I was analyzing a company and I noticed depreciation on ROU assets was higher than the asset itself . I created a schedule for it and it turns out the company modified or ended some leases, causing an immediate write-off (loss on lease modification) on top of normal depreciation.

Personally I thank FG for the implementation of 77k to corp members cos …..😅😅 I’m about to finish and I already miss the 77k 😅😅. I don’t know why, it feels like free money 🙈🙈. Thank you ❤️😅. Once again , emphasis on “personally” .
2023 and that was the year I started getting my glow back. Combining ICAN with school was not easy at all.

I will always recommend graduating with a first class honors. I didn’t and it pains me till now especially the fact that I was close🥹. It makes things easier 😊. But if you didn’t , it’s not a crime 🙂↔️🙂↔️.
I am confused about modeling and financial analysis? Modeling is a tool used by financial analysts to evaluate companies. It’s that simple 😊. Don’t stress over it.
Happiness want finished me... I was like, so I can now add ACA to my name 😆😅🤣😂 and people will refer to me as a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT. Whenever people introduce me as a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT to someone else ehnnn the joy within me is unspeakable... I will just be smiling 😃 🤣

I remember passing my ICAN professional level exams, I couldn’t sleep or eat for a week🥲🥲. Excitement wan kill me 😅😅. When I dished my food and took a spoon, I’d recall that I’m now a chartered accountant, my stomach would feel full😅😅 .

Met someone yesterday complaining bitterly about errors in her documents turns out she left everything for the café lady without cross-checking. Lesson? Even if you don’t rate the system you’re in, give your best while you’re in it. What’s worth doing is worth doing well. 🥲
Yesterday drained me completely , I was exhausted, I couldn’t even feel my body when I got home 🥲🫠. But waking up today, I’m just grateful it was worth it. 💛
Tired? Yes. But even on days like this, I remind myself that growth isn’t always exciting. Sometimes it’s just showing up, learning, and trying again tomorrow. 🥲
