Real shame I'm having such a hard time on a Bank Holiday talking to customer support for @MarksElectrical requesting a refund for a damaged item within 30d of receipt. It's like they've never heard of the #ConsumerRightsAct2015 or what good service looks like.

Veilguard bug still not fixed. Some theories that any saves in Patch 1 may have been corrupted. Rolling back 20hrs+ to find out... :/
Well that's Veilguard broken. Run into a bug that's preventing a few quests progressing. Do I make a fresh character or just wait til they hopefully patch it?
