100% the biggest leverage AI is giving RN is in content production and web dev. The barrier to create a GREAT looking brand and site is so low, it’s almost ridiculous. A kid in a bedroom can now achieve what a brand 3 years ago would of spent 50K+ on. Unreal.

Definitely think that if you’re starting a brand, especially for the first time, going super niche is one of the strongest levers you can pull. 90+% of people try and sell to everyone. Go niche, build a tribe & print 💸
Has anyone else seen a massive, unexplained dive in Meta conversion performance this month? All our key metrics are consistent- CPM, frequency, CTR etc. but conversions & ad engagement massively down. I thought it may be a targeting issue, but frequency says otherwise?!
Recently found that chewing gum while i’m in my deep work MASSIVELY chills out my ADHDness. Not flitting between tasks for getting distracted, wayyyy more productive all round. Epic little hack for all my fellow ADHD founders lol.
Why is my feed full of ecom BSers lol. “I made £70 billion in 9 days, comment BILLION and i’ll send you my framework” 🤣 I’m always replying to their shit just to see what they send me lol. More people making ££ selling shit than actual shit.
The ONLY reason i’m still in the UK is my kids. If you’re in ecom, and you’re choosing to live in the UK and operate from here, I salute you. I also have no idea why lol. People who take huge risks and start businesses, create jobs etc get literally just get penalised. Madness.
Blows my mind how different a conversation is with another entrepreneur or founder compared to a “normal” person. Some guy in the gym asked me today what I did for work, I said worked in Ecom, building online brands etc and he legit looked at me like i’d just smacked his mum. 😂
