Will the cycle lanes on O'Connell Street, Limerick City, be safe for cyclists to use? When I am in a pedestrian mode in the City Centre; even with my own cyclist's eye, I find myself inadvertently walking on the cycle lane, and unsure of the footpath <> cycle-lane boundaries.
