This sounds like a very good reason to not bank with @Metro_Bank, fellow small business owners! @MetroBank_Help your customer has told me about this & it’s ridiculous in this day of international biz. Why withhold the money paid to an invoice? Surely you can sort this quicker?
Any other business owners had money paid to them by a non-UK based client withheld by their bank? @Metro_Bank are not transferring my money into my account and can't seem to explain or tell me when I will receive it
