Instead of expanding roads or building flyovers, why not open the railway tracks to cars and bikes? Personal vehicles to reach different areas, can even travel between districts and states in luxury. This way we can protect footpaths.

Riding a two wheeler in an Indian city without the helmet visor. @chennaicorp why not clean up all the dust, sand gravel etc in the city? Mandate all vehicles on the road to be clean. @ChennaiTraffic can fine unclean vehicles along with those that pollute.
