I just want to thank @YorkshireCCC for being amazing today. Sad that the match was abandoned, but my cricket-mad son had the best time collecting autographs and spending his pocket money! Everyone was just so welcoming and friendly!

Got a parking ticket from @asda in Malton. We apparently spent 11 hours there (it’s 5 minutes down the road) as it hasn’t caught us leaving the car park or returning 11 hours later on camera. Usually do all shopping there - won’t be going there again. What a joke.

Another idiot on the road who just doesn’t understand zip merge lanes. And got so cross at us merging that they decided to dangerously overtake us (on a solid white line) and then emergency stop in front of us “to serve us right”. Some people should not be allowed on the road.
The people who straddle merging lanes to stop cars “jumping in” are the cause of so many traffic jams. Use the roads properly!!! #A64
20 months ago we took a spontaneous trip to Edinburgh to watch “Peter pan goes wrong” in a hurricane. It was the last thing we did before lockdown. And tonight we are at the theatre for the first time since then, to watch “the play that goes wrong”. Thank you @mischiefcomedy 😊

People saying football didn't come home BUT it did! OK a trophy didn't come home but this team brought together an entire country, they got kids and adults excited about footie again and made us all smile every game. If that's not bringing it home I don't know what is! #Euros2020

A year ago today we travelled to Edinburgh to see @mischiefcomedy Peter Pan Goes Wrong. We almost didn’t make it, with storm Dennis trying to stop us at our every move. Oh how simple that trip seems now, even with the storm cancelling all of the trains!
