It's not very often that I can see meetings are productive, but our new weekly tech meetings have been informative and fruitful.

My wife spent 18 days in hospital and took 2 ambulance trips 1 to a facility 2.5 hours to get access to more specific tests and specialists and 1 trip back. Guess what this cost us? $0. My wife received life saving treatment at 0 cost. Thank god we live in Canada.
Everyone talks about cake vs pie. But I think we all know that crisps will always reign supreme.

What does everyone think the outcome for work will be after all of this COVID business is said and done? Do you think employers will still allow their employees to work from home?
A couple of things I have learned since countries/cities/people have shutdown/self quarantined. 1. Our economic system is shit 2. Nobody has enough emergency savings 3. People are not paid enough to actually put money aside 4. People who earn seem to burn though money
So I was told at work that when I get home I have to test my remote work capabilities. Looks like working at home with no pants on may be in my near future

Well just threw in my resume for a possible promotion at work and one for a potential new job opportunity for a different organization. Cross your fingers that I get a call for an interview!
