I never liked how Bush handled the war on terror, and I opposed the Iraq war from its inception. But in the abstract, a military response was unequivocally justified, and there is no world where there is no response.

Do people just not get expelled for plagiarism anymore? When I was in college people would get expelled for single cheating instance. Dropping the hammer, and expelling people for cheating with AI, would probably cut down on the AI cheating.
We've come a long way. Even as recently as the late nineties and early oughts, when I was young, casual homophobia was still oh-so common, and the right-wing was militantly homophobic. Even the most far-right republican wouldn't dare say something like this today.
