Damn Twitter formatting -- do not add the whatdoesitmean.com URL in the hosts file entry. I can't get Twitter to post just the string obtained by concatenating "www", "whatdoesitmean", and "com" as a single string, separated by dots (periods).

What happens if the _number_ of mail-in ballots which can NOT have their signatures checked, due to irrevocably separating the outer signature envelope from the inner ballot substantially _exceeds_ the margin of victory? Is not the popular vote then hopelessly spoiled?
The evidence would be the independently confirmed signature check and the monitored hand recount, which they are strangely objecting to if there really is no fraud "in any measurable amount."
