So spoiled that my commute to the gym is about 10-30 steps depending on where I am in my house. If I ever go back to commercial gym life it’s going to be rough.... #homegymlife #garagegym

Just discovered this dude "Vegan Gains" on YT mocking @BioLayne in a vid he did w/ @DrNadolsky -- jeeze, it was painful 2 watch. A total lack of objectivity, pushing his vegan agenda which unfortunately many viewers don't question...

I pretty much only read non-fiction -- one of the most fascinating reads in past years was Deep Survival: Who Lives, Who Dies, and Why -- incredible stories of survival, and what separates those that live and those that don't amzn.to/2uFgyTD

finally entering the 21st century -- new computer is sooooo much faster than my bogged down 2012 MBP!

2019: are folks still using my fitness pal to track macros or are there "better" alternatives?

With new years around the corner, remember it's not your resolution that is meaningful. It's your action. Saying it is a start but it's not going to get you towards your goals. It's winning little battles everyday...DO IT.

Direct core work should not take more than 15-20 minutes max. If your doing more than that in one session you could definitely use your time more wisely.

Bosu balls are kinda cool, but doing any activity where you have to bear weight on one leg...prob not the best idea. I suspect there are more likely more effective and safe methods to achieve your goals.

Everyday is a good day I can get under the bar and move some weight. Sure, I get aches & pains but my mind and body function pretty darn well. Think about it. Be grateful. We too often take for granted our health....

Our new paper shows no benefits to training 6 vs 3 times/week when volume is equated, and in fact biceps hypertrophy was greater in the 3x condition. This refutes findings of the Norwegian Frequency Project, which showed a benefit to training 6x. journals.lww.com/nsca-jscr/Abst…

2 reason I don’t post lifting footage on YT/insta: 1) just wanna focus on lifting 2) training in my underwear* * If you don’t have a gym in your house this is the #1 reason to get one 💪💪💪

Any good alternatives to the @RogueFitness vertical weight plate? I feel like nearly $200 is a bit obscene. I know it’s a high quality product but it literally just holds Olympic plates....

These days every1’s got their “side hustle” which is cool and all. Unique to this generation. Just make sure you have a real hustle...like a main one, not the guy with all side hustles. Don’t wanna be a jack of all trades but a master of none. 🧐

Just because you did a spartan race or a tough mudder 1x does not make you “fit”. The path towards physical fitness is long — what actually counts are your decisions and activity on a daily, weekly, and yearly basis. It is a lifelong commitment to yourself. Are you “fit”? 💪

Every once in a while I like to do multiple sets of 10 on squats..day 4 or 5 sets? Why? To stay humble... 😳💪

If it’s too good to be true it probably is. Pretty sure we’re not all fat bc of dysfunctional breathing...read more... facebook.com/TheStrengthDoc…

Happy Monday! Just finished a quick, no-frills upper body session. What’s everyone training… instagram.com/p/BiM49O1hmpI/

It’s remarkable the amount of claims about Creatine HCL — show me the research! 😂 it’s more soluble...great. Don’t care. Is it better for performance? Or an objective difference in “bloating” whatever that means... @JimStoppani
