It is beyond belief that @Bt and @openreach can treat their customers with such disdain. Having been a loyal customer for 40 years they have ignored pleas to repair my phone lines - ripped out by a tractor 2 weeks ago. This is not service or decent customer care. It’s a disgrace
Hang your head in shame BT. Now two weeks since a tractor took out my phone lines and internet and still no sign of it getting sorted. You are a disgrace. No one should have to put up with this shit service. I live in a very rural area and because of this you don’t give a damn.
So still have no phones or internet.... 14 days later. Thanks BT for shit service and showing how much you care for your customers. Boycott BT.
The behaviour of BT is totally unacceptable. No telephone lines or internet for 12 days. Shocking service. BT controls all landlines and should have the plug pulled. Am campaigning against BT to all my media contacts.
