Nothing worse than wireframing shit features that someone without a clue has decided is a requirement. Well, maybe a couple of things...
Designers: please get on with your work and STOP producing pointless ‘infographics’ that mean nothing and get on my tits on a regular basis.
I don’t see the value of traditional Above-the-line Accounts Management staff in the digital world. All agencies seem to have these relics.
Some advice: don’t waste effort on personas - instead adopt a task-oriented approach. Just look at what users need to do, and deliver that.
I am starting to come round to the idea of refusing to produce a UX portfolio… come too far now though.
