I'm not surprised given the appalling customer service we have had from @British_Airways in recent months, that tonight I received an email from BA suggesting we might like to consider checking in............for the flight we cancelled way back in October!!
What the hell is going on at British_Airways customer relations. I have been waiting over two months for someone to contact me regarding case number 09127745 I have now just checked the progress of the case only to find the case has been closed! What is happening at your end??!!
I've finally worked out what the BA @British_Airways in BA Customer Service stands for.......It's Bloody Awful !!!! They've now had two months to reply to the four letters I've sent to their CEO Sean Doyle and despite lots of promises they just never reply!!!!
My expectations were clearly too high. I've now written to CEO Sean Doyle @British_Airways 4 times with a request for information regarding the Terms and Conditions of one of their products and still they do not respond? Well times run out now, 'off to court' we go!
I can understand drivers at DPD @Dpd_uk_couriers @dpd_ukcare @DPDSupportline running out of time and not making the promised delivery, what I don't forgive is when they then lie and say they tried to deliver and post a very darkly lit picture of a house that isn't your house!!!
Yet another @sainsburys Avacado hits the waste bin straight away. This one just hard and tasteless, others just rotten inside. #poorquality. Roll on Thursday when the new Lidl opens!!
Are @Sainsburys up to their tricks again? Their Stollen cake that has been £7.50 for several weeks has suddenly gone up to £9 ...How long will it be before they offer it at a magical special offer Nectar price for £7.50 again??!! Do they think we can't see what they're up to!!??

What's happening @TUIUK Flight TOM4249 from Rhodes to Gatwick delayed for three hours, so far, absolutely no TUI staff around to advise my daughter and her family and no customer service at all?? Awful service?
When will management at @skytv finally twig that loyalty starts at home......their home! After 20 years of being a loyal customer they tried once again too rip me off at the end of my contract by increasing my price by a whopping 30%! NO MORE. Now a BT customer and saving money!!
So price of stamps @RoyalMail going up yet again in October by a ludicrous 14%...Presumably this is to fund the £140k bonus that the CEO got earlier this year. Unbelievable!!!!
Well of course Mrs Speilman @Amanda_Spielman would say Ofsted is required. With a salary almost four times that of the average head teacher why wouldn't she defend her bread and butter?!
1st time using Swizzair @wizzair and strange how they offered my wife and I seats together for an extra £42 but when we declined that they gave us seats 11 rows apart! Then miraculously they give you the option of paying more to sit together again. #GREEDRULESWIZZ
