Rewatched The Green Knight. The giant scene is visually as atmospheric and mesmerizing as it were. This piece inspired by that scene, depicts a young Patagonykus first encounter with the giants she shared the land with, Futalognkosaurus.

One of my favourite extinct mammals! Platybelodon lived around 20 million years ago in Africa and Asia. Their lower incisors were flat, and ENORMOUS!! Possibly used to slice vegetation like a scythe!! #FossilFriday (Photo Eduard Vázquez; Art Tomasz Jedrezejowski)
