It’s all a choice. Everything you are, everything you can be, a choice away.
As I sit here on this couch, with plants behind me, and sounds of the day happening all around, I am reminded that our present is merely a reflection of all our past choices. Here and now, in sincere gratitude, with an open heart and a still mind, I sit and smile.
What is a #sunset? A reminder to enter the dark with grace, beauty and in full radiance. What is a #sunrise? new birth new life new dreams
It's your choice... The universe is factual, it presents factual scenarios to you. Your choice with how to respond will detail your universe.
Stillness is where you really feel the momentum of the great everything.
Waves come in, waves return. Where are you on the wave?
It is probably true that regardless of diagnosis, we find ourselves somewhere on the spectrum of manic and depressed. If possible, find where you are and bring awareness to that place. Come back to center with attention on the breath.
We are all spinning out of control. Just find that face to focus on and see the smile that brings stillness in the moment.

#Empathy: If you #connect with another person's experience, on a deeply personal level, you can know the other's emotional state by actually feeling it within yourself. Know it in your #heart and let your #mind dissolve.
