Can’t overturn it because his index finger was hidden. Didn’t matter anyway, quit crying. Enjoy Cancun. Goodnight Detroit!
Worst ever call? Is this the first game you’ve ever watched? 🤣
My friend played for 6 teams in MLB and in retirement its about the individual not the team and he won an important Series Bread and Circuses This batter will remember this call and he will know that he cheated In Golf you call the penalty on yourself and he could've admitted it…
I guess I don’t understand the rules, even if the batter is bunting and the ball hits him in the hand it counts as a walk???
I don’t mind them missing it live, but to miss it after review is a fireable offense.
Whining about a call that had ZERO affect on the outcome of the game is pretty pathetic. It was followed by a double play. If that’s the worst call you’ve ever seen, yo obviously don’t watch much baseball🤷♂️
@MLB kiss my fucking ass. That was not a HBP you piece of shit. Fuck you and your frankly awful New York review booth.
Honest question. Honest question. Did it make one **** bit of difference?
Cry baby. It was a HBP, nojj no if and or buts. Go back home and build a car or something.
Foul or not (this was more of a foul than David Fry’s), why do Tigers pitchers just aim right for head when they square to bunt? Like I understand throw it in, but they even miss that. MLB should investigate that.
The MLB does have a gambling problem behind the plate and in the replay booth
I was pulling for the Mariners and was wishing they’d call it a strike so he could bunt again. Not sure what yall are so mad about.
I've seen far worse calls. Didn't make a bit of difference in the game anyway.
Worst ever? You haven’t seen much then. I’m a Seattle fan, think it was the wrong call, but also can see there was not enough evidence to overturn the call. The ball could have actually hit the finger first or at the same time, but the bat is harder to the ball reacts to it more.
The heart of the Tigers order, Gleyber Torres, Riley Greene, Spencer Torkelson and Colt Keith combined to go 0-for-23 with a walk in Game 5.
It didn’t help the mariners because that run didn’t matter and he didn’t advance the runner.
Was a terrible call. You would think people watching a tape from multiple angles could get it right.
But worth it for that morale destroying double play to end the inning!
Call didn’t impact the game at all, so how about ya stop crying and go enjoy your vacation in Cancun
The announcers literally walk you through the call btw
The call meant nothing. The ump gave the tigers a huge strike call on JP instead of a walk that would've loaded the bases that same inning
