Actually probably only around £50m a year, no ring-fence guarantee, no engagement with Welsh communities to develop it, no attempt to reflect Wales or regional priorities, no transparency, no integration with other funding, decided by depts with no delivery track record in Wales.

Today, we rescued a beaver from a storm water treatment facility. At our wildlife hospital, its cuts and bruises were treated and it had a good bath. When it recovers its strength and natural oils that make its fur water-resistant, it will be released in proper beaver habitat.
