The earth is round

You’re telling me this level is better than prime big 3 on grass? Not a chance

Running backs check themselves out of the game every other run. If you hadn’t noticed, Anthony Richardson runs around like a running back a lot of the game, including on the play that prompted him to take off a single snap

You’re telling me the youngest QB in the league isn’t very mature and committed the worst sin in the league of……coming out of the game for 1 single snap!?

Carlos has another 2-3 levels he can get to. This is Djokovic’s best possible level.

Rafa moves like he just got done doing leg day

Just to reassure the fans: Rafael Nadal has won a practice set with Daniil Medvedev 6-3 yesterday 💪

Every single year of the Chris Ballard tenure, the Colts have had an A+ draft per Ballard fan boys. “The RAS!!!” Yawn. There’s a reason teams don’t pick strictly on RAS the way Ballard does.

He tried to run hard once and tweaked it again. It’s over.

I won’t start believing this is possible until I see a fist pump

It was much more worrying to me than others when Francis Roig left Rafa’s team. He was the most technical, seen Rafa’s technique for 20 years. With this many routine errors, Rafa has something fundamentally wrong with his strokes.

You can tell this is no ordinary 1R in Rafa’s mind. Lost 5 of 6, retirement questions non-stop, everyone doubting him, dangerous young opponent. He wants to put all that to rest.

Rafa needs to take that slice and throw it in the trash can for the 2023 season. Should only be used very sparingly. He defaulted to it way too much to end the 2022 season and it cost him. Puts him on the defensive every single time.

Just to reassure the fans: Rafael Nadal has won a practice set with Daniil Medvedev 6-3 yesterday 💪

Anyone have a link to Nadal Ruud match?

The last time Rafael Nadal had a 4-match losing streak (2009), he had the best year of his career the following year winning 3 grand slams and finishing world #1.

Professional-level indoor tennis sucks so bad, even Rafa looks like a serve bot.

Good serving, good movement, and good energy from Rafa so far. Some good forehands too. As always, it’ll come down to whether Rafa can get enough good returns in play.

Novak Djokovic - the undisputed king of October/November tennis when absolutely no one cares.

This game perfectly encapsulates Tom Brady’s career. Sucks ass for most of the game, defense bails him out, refs continuously bail him out, with enough chances he eventually lucks out a TD late in the game.

I like Carlos Alcaraz
