this guy gets it: tech bros are gentrifiers (immigrants that believe in capitalism). we must keep them out, as only government can be trusted to manage capital.
when tech bros ask how Dean Preston can be a wealthy landlord that's against private property, this reply tells them why it's not a contradiction.
but he is using his wealth for a good cause: to help speed up the process of driving down the value of SF real estate, to the point where government can buy it up. once we own the homes, we can assign them to people in need. as long as they think the right way.
i don't understand why someone, who I considered a fellow comrade, blocked me for saying this.
that's right. the government should control all of the homes, and assign them based on whether or not people are thinking the correct thoughts. thinking the wrong thoughts is evil, and should be dealt with through reeducation.
if you disagree, then my DSA comrades and I need to reeducate you.
once a tenant signs a one-year lease, they should have the right to stay there for the rest of their lives, at whatever price they want.
some comrades are impatient. don't worry, education is the key.
i love some of the fellow comrades that i'm connecting with here.
San Francisco progressives: we know all of this land is stolen. it belongs to the natives. but since they're mostly gone, Dean Preston's friends should be managing it, and rent it out to people who are oppressed, or considered cool comrades.
