Night shift security. We do lone worker check calls on a whatsap group... I'm on the site with the duty phone.. I'm the only one on tonight... currently sending check calls to myself...🤦
Actually this is a vital message. Stop telling people to reach out and talk - that isn’t how depression works or those feeling suicidal. Pay attention and be prepared to check in when someone appears to have checked out.

For the first time ever I've just given a dominoes delivery a 1 star review... normally do 5 as I know they get shit but this guy looked like he's never been on a moped before, dropped his drink bottle and the delivery sticker on the floor and wobbled off leaving them there...

I've come to the conclusion I fucking hate stab vests...or they hate me... actually it's more the finding of one that doesn't cost half a months wages that will fit without strangling me if I sit down I hate...
Just spent the first 3-4 hours of otherwise boring shift bulling my new boots... stopped as 1 my hand hurts, 2 I ran out of polish 8 layers in and 3 my tiny cabin stinks of polish... I do now have nice shiny boots though 😁
