Went from spending hours per day on social media to under 1 hr per month. My brain thanks me.
Ugh.. I've been on Twitter for like an hour today and I feel gross about it. That's enough for one month. I'll probably check back in and make sure everybody still yelling at each other come September. ✌️

I think, beginning at the elementary level, Schools need to focus on emotional curriculum. Teach our young people what their emotions mean. Help keep the next generation from becoming one who lashes out over their fears and anger.
And to those spending hours on social media everyday, shouting at one another about what effect a mask may or may not have on someone's Health or to the healthcare system, maybe take a couple mins to think what effect spending hours on social media may have on your health. ✌️
There. Now you're both validated. find a way to coexist and respect each other without fighting with one another. Division is a greater enemy.
