We do feel the key monies should be spent by Rutland County Council on key projects like Medical facilities, road improvements or affordable homes.
Not sure why no mention of why nothing was spent on areas such as Oakham High Street or plans for medical facilities. The funds are there.
Good to see our questions on developer contributions have led to more clarity. The key message is that the Parish involved is aware of funds available and to put proposals forward with the headline being the benefit to the residents. Contact your ward member for more info.
