Sen. John McCain embodied the best of public service. I was fortunate to interview him twice. He tried to put the country's best interest above what was politically expedient for his party. If only his passing and legacy could inspire more members of Congress to follow his path.

So sad to learn of the passing of columnist, commentator and newsman's newsman Dick Feagler. He knew CLE better than anyone. His common sense and conscience made him a great storyteller. I was lucky to work with him twice, at the Press and TV 3. Two huge CLE losses in one day.
