I just re read the chapter on Stilton, the "King of Cheeses" according to Squire, after having enjoyed a delicious plate of it en route back north yesterday at the Bell Inn, Stilton. Where else would one have it?!

Maladroit. This is my word of the day. Someone who stumbles socially. I heard Sunak being described as maladroit because of the way he's walked into lots of problems of his own making. It fits perfectly.
Well, I had a nice surprise opening the post this morning. Chris Saunders is a worldwide authority on cricket books. He liked reading my short story so much he agreed to put it in his catalogue. Took a while but he sold all the copies I sent. #Cricket #cricketer @cricketmonthly
