I became uncool a long time ago. I learned humility and walking with the meek. My life unfolded and made me become a better version of myself.
What did I do when the going got tough? First I designed a financial product everybody uses but I never got the credit, then I helped unlock an industry that can save our country from poverty and hunger. All of this low-key without parading my achievements.
Imagine moving back to the hood when your career seems to take off, that can really influence the rate of your success.
I missed most of my twenties. Partly because I was afraid to live my fullest life. I went straight to zero in the eyes of people once close to me. It wasn't on purpose, but I am the same, just got a lot of experience and tolerance now.
