I have been waiting for an order to be delivered by #MakroSA since early last week. Their App says collected by courier, but no delivery. Despite numerous emails & calls, no one can tell me where my order is, or when to expect it. No reply to emails or call back. Any suggestions?

It's disgusting that #SwissDiversitasGroup spends hundreds of thousands setting up a showroom for #Thermomix in #Blubirdshoppingcentre #JHB but don't pay their consultants their commissions. So unethical, it makes you wonder what the after sales service would be like.
