Delhi-Howrah Rajdhani Express (12302), B2 coach there is no charging point for SL and UL berth, both of the toilets are not working, rat is running inside coach. We are spending our heard earn money to book tickets and getting this kind of service @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial
