@Parcel2Go My UPS delivery has been stuck in Italian customs since 2 Oct. I sent all required docs on 7 Oct, yet no update from UPS Italy or you. If this isn’t resolved ASAP, I’ll request a full refund for service failure.

@Parcel2Go is there issues with your tracking page as each time I try and track a parcel I'm waiting for it says having difficulties. The parcel was due to arrive between Tuesday and yesterday but no sign of it so far and cannot track it
