TradingWith_G's tweet image. Happy Sunday Traders.

You can’t control what the market does tomorrow.

But you can control:

• The Points of Interest you’ve marked
• The amount you’re willing to risk
• The trades you’ll ignore

Preparation removes pressure.
Clarity reduces hesitation.

Go into the week…

Be honest. Did you follow your rules this week? Not the result. The execution. Wins feel good. Discipline builds longevity. What’s one thing you improved?

A trading week doesn’t end with the last trade. Green or red. It ends with the review. What worked. What didn’t. What gets refined. That’s where consistency is built. — G

Green or red.

It ends with the review.

What worked.
What didn’t.
What gets refined.

That’s where consistency is built.

Entering low-probability setups is why you're struggling to trade profitably. I made $2.2M last year by only trading HIGH-probability scenarios and avoiding everything else. My A+ setup filter:

Data removes emotion. One of the biggest shifts in my trading came when I stopped obsessing over PnL and started journaling my execution. Instead of saying ‘I don’t know why I lost’, I could see exactly what I did wrong. And once you can see it, you can fix it. — G

Before journaling: "I don't know why I keep losing" After journaling: "I lose every time I do X" One is a mystery. The other is fixable.

UK100 follow up. First area of interest — no reaction. Second area — clean bounce. Quick reminder: Areas of interest are just that… interest. Price doesn’t owe us anything. I didn’t take the second setup. Not all my confirmations were there. Nice to see the analysis play out…

Gold just erased days of structure in one candle. News drop. Liquidity vacuum. Emotional reaction. Markets don’t move rationally in the short term — they move where liquidity sits. Stay disciplined. Protect Capital. — G
