Little system I ended up putting together for my stuff! I can set a value and have it persist between rejoins / changing instances of the same world! This is done by using `UnityEngine.Random.InitState()` and setting RNG to a known value then checking it when loaded.

Integrated this with VRCX PWI so I can easily test it as if it were actual persistence lol
