I feel like there is a division between the creatures of different eras like from American Folklore to the fearsome critters of Frontier Tall Tales to the cryptids and UFOs of Urban Legends to the entities of Creepypasta. Does that sound about right?

So tiring and sad how misinformation spreads online and in echo chambers, even looking at this in small fandoms, seeing how easily it takes root makes me scared how much in every day life disinformation and propaganda is ruining our perception of reality.

Some FurPoc board members came up to me to check if I got my packages, then told me they are happy I'm here, they see me at cons ten times the size appreciate I'm at their smaller event. It's very tougher for me to get into cons so it's nice to hear words like that from con staff
Vending in a windy tent is scary, I'm theme for Halloween I guess.

This must not be my year, after customs destroyed my $5000 order of shirts the 3rd attempted remakes are now held again at customs. The hotel apparently gave away my packages with my flags and grids to someone else so I'm trying to set up best I can without half my stuff.
Spending 2 hours in fedex trying to deal with 1 file out of 20 not printing out right, I'm way behind on stuff I need to do before I fly out at 5am in the morning.
Congrats to @joeyluthman on making it to Day 27 of his #JoeysRideforCats cross country Onewheel trip for a Cat charity. Awesome to see this in progress. A little gift art for the occasion.
Hunting for a new rental to live & one is right by Old Town, a fake Main Street dead tourist trap of shops and run-down Fun rides. But a fake Main Street is still a walkable Main Street, and since there's few tourist means if I moved here it's a private Main Street just for me.
It is annoying every app, program, and website now have AI. Even searching something on Google will bring up an AI response. Even trying to avoid it, it's now integrated almost everywhere.
I am hosting two panels at @FurpocalypseInc with Animal Transformation on Friday at 5PM and Con History on Sat at 8:30PM. I am also at Table A9 in the Dealers Den. I still don't have shirts due to customs but will have my flags, lanyards, and other stuff.
