Such a magical time of year. On my climbs this week so far I've stumbled across blue tit, magpie, wood pigeon & jay nests. Stunning variety of egg colours, hopefully they will all hatch successfully.
Uttmost respect & support to #nationalanimalrescue for their tireless work under in gruelling conditions. We must stop de-forestation in Idonesia & Malaysia in order to preserve the habitat of the orangutan.
Heart-breaking documentary #naturalworld-redape, highlighting the plight of orangutans in Borneo. Relentless de-forestation has withered their numbers to the point of 'critically endangered' status. These beautiful relatives of ours are treated with utter disregard. Shameful.
Great to se #NewScientist article on Tree economics 12/05/18. I've been campaigning to raise awareness of tree value as a living service provider for the planet for years, and this Simon Usborne's article adds some bite to whole theory.
