Neutral Bay Village free public carpark has about 11 established trees as shown below. These will go if @Coles spends two years constructing a private underground carpark. Can new trees then be planted on top of the underground carpark? Probably not.

The free public carpark in Neutral Bay Village, Grosvenor Lane, must NOT be turned into a "plaza" if this involves making unmerited development concessions to @Coles. There must be NO privatisation of public land. If it wishes @NthSydCouncil can easily beautify the carpark .../2
