my early storyboards for anissa and mark's conversation from ep7 season 2 for #invincible. A simple scene, with simple cinematography. I used the horizon line and background elements to play a bit of symbolism based on what they are saying beyond the dialogue
A version I did of rexplode vs octoboss for episode 7 s2 of invincible. I wasn’t supposed to touch this scene, but was asked last minute to do a fast pass. They decided to do another pass after mine since what I had wasn’t what they were looking for!
Here are my original boards for the animation meta joke from invincible episode 7 season 2. We explored a super realistic detailed mark to a super edgy anime mark. @DanDuncanArt did a pass on it later on to make it even better for the fans.
Turns out the funniest joke in the comic works in the show too!!!
