Our recruitment process %80

How lucky are we? Half way through January and our club have been unable to find 1 striker in world football better than Jonny Kenny!!! We're so fortunate to have a player of his ilk in the team.

It's the 12th of January. Close to halfway through the transfer window and our recruitment team have thus far been unable to bring in a striker, any striker who is better than Jonny Kenny.

Falkirk away midweek. By the time that game comes, we'll be more or less halfway through January. We've known for months the level of investment needed in the squad. There's no excuse for not having bodies in the door by then. @CelticFC get us a striker!

Stat of the day: Wilfried Nancy has lost 6 games in 28 days as Celtic manager. On average he loses a game every 4.66 days.

In John Barnes' first 27 competitive games as Celtic manager, Celtic lost 6 games. 19 league games (4 losses) 6 UEFA cup games ( 2 losses) 2 League cup games ( 0 losses) Wilfried Nancy has lost 6 games from 8. Hes lost 6 games in 28 days.

Realistically we're not too far behind in the league. Appointing a competent manager and backing him with around 15 million in this window would keep us in with a shout of winning the title. Every minute Nancy remains in charge only causes more damage.

This will be whatever rangers want it to be. How many will it take for the board to bin the manager?

There's nothing more tedious than listening to a darts crowd sing the same tired and overused songs year after year after year. Gonna end up watching this on mute.

Celtic are unbeaten in 2026 and have yet to even concede a goal. Wonderful times 🍀

Nancy will either be gone after this game or after the next. He can't win on Saturday if he's still here. A defeat in that match would be a step too far. Unfortunately we might need to sit through another loss to get him out the door. 1 way or another he's gone by next week

Whether or not a competent manager could salvage this season with a decent January window is debatable. What's not debatable is that Nancy will continue to lose matches regardless of how much money you give him to spend. A combo of Barnes and Mowbray would be an improvement.

Trusty will get sent off. Head is gone

It took a 4-0 loss to St Mirren for Tony Mowbray to get the sack. You get the feeling this could be a similar sort of night. There is no way Nancy lifts a trophy as Celtic manager regardless of how long he's in charge. Why delay the inevitable?

Barkas and Ajeti would look like superstars in this team.

Completely and utterly outplayed, outfought and outworked all over the pitch. Hard to see us getting a shot on target here let alone get back into the game. This system is a mess. 2 wins against bottom of the league Livingston and 10 man Aberdeen doesn't fool anyone.

It almost seems like if you have a well coached team who all know what they're supposed to be doing, you have a chance of winning football matches. Who'd have thought it. Motherwell look levels above this Celtic team.

Did you know: You're more likely to witness Halley's comet than you are seeing Celtic keep a clean sheet.

An important 3 points today at a venue that's been problematic for us in the past. Good character shown to fight back from a goal down twice. Created a lot of decent chances and thankfully took enough of them today. At the back however, we look all over the place.

Bottom of the league Livingston with 1 win this season have scored their 2nd goal against Celtic in the opening 8 minutes. Defensively we are an utter shambles.
