@turo don’t listen to their customer and only want money. They are a fraudulent company that will take money out of your account without any agreement or approval from you. Don’t book using @turo report them to the @BBBTriCounties

@turo worst customer service ever!!! App will not confirm my number, but took my payment no problem! Chat is useless, 2 diff operators ghosted me then sent a message that the convo went idle I need this truck to transport instruments to a field competition on Saturday!

DO NOT recommend @turo - reserved a car at TPA, battery was dead. Waited 2 hrs in a parking garage (at night) for them to exchange my reservation, which 5 reps weren’t able to accomplish for some reason. Gave up and left to try to rent a car from a counter at the airport. 10/9/25

Your own customer service rep said there was no way a reservation could be uncancelled even though it had to be cancelled because I lost my wallet. What kind of business are you running here?
