We have revisited yesterday's sandwich filling. Soy sauce was ok, but the game-changer was adding Chiu Chow Chilli Oil - this holds the TC record for most rescued sandwiches. Disclaimer: This is not a corporate partnership (but it could be.... @LeeKumKeeUSA @LeeKumKeeEurope 😉)
Today's sandwich: sundried tomato pesto, potato hash brown, and rocket(arugula) on sourdough. The flavour profile is great but just a bit too dry and under seasoned. We think the best remedy is a splash of soy sauce, are we insane? (Sales currently binge-watching @masterchefau)
The Carolina Reaper is (not uncontroversially, see Dragon Breath & Pepper X) the hottest chilli in the world. Bred by Ed Currie (appropriately named) in South Carolina it averages 1.6 million units on the Scoville scale, in the same range as law enforcement grade pepper spray.
The linguistic distinction between "unplugged" and "plugged out". Sales feels the former to be more passive. "Who would've unplugged the printer" suggests it returning to its natural, plugless, state. "Who would've plugged it out" lends itself well to this act of defiance.
13 of the 50 American states are split across at least two different timezones. Scheduling sales calls just got a lot more challenging.
