Installed Windows 11 on an external ssd. Now I can test it without having to have it installed on my internal drives. It’s taking a little bit of getting used to. But overall it’s not terrible. #Windows11 #linuxisbetter

I really love my Thinkpad X230t for work and homeschool. My kids use it for zoom, doing math games, they can write on it because it has a touchscreen and stylus. And running Linux on it makes it ultra fast even though it was manufactured in 2013.
Getting frustrated that I can't efficiently use Davinci Resolve Studio on Ubuntu Linux. I have spent a lot of time and money on this program but I'll be transitioning to something else for now. I like Linux more than I like Resolve.
$25 for a new battery $8 for a better wifi chip SSD was left over from another build but let's say Samsung 860 Evo 250gb is $55 #Linux -$0 For less than $100 I took my Dell Studio 1555 and made it into an amazing casual use laptop. It's screaming fast. @Linux is amazing.
