I heard this and the tone was nasty and condescending.
The NBC crew was yapping postgame last night: “you don’t fire James Franklin to hire Terry Smith.” Do we understand how we got to this point? Inexplicable losses to UCLA and Northwestern with a lifeless team. Give Terry his flowers for cleaning up the mess Franklin created.
