This is really starting to piss me off, a couple of days ago I received my Alienware laptop back from technical support and I notice that the original case I sent it in is missing. I email them and their response is "Sorry we can't do anything about it" WTF?

Dear @AlienwareTech , I have been forced to open my computer because of a strange bump I felt on it and you tell me that the damn battery is in this state?! This is completely unacceptable for a laptop that cost over 1500€, This thing could have literally exploded on my face!
