@easyJet our flight yesterday NAP-BER was cnceled. We rebookt to today NAP-CTA-BER, arrived at CTA and the flight CTA-BER is also canceled. Noone is here, booking can not be managed online or in the app, no service on telephone. We are at the airport with our children. What now?
