It's fair to assume McMillan wasn't going to fix the Hawks. It's equally fair to assume the problems extend far beyond the coaching.
This organization needs to have a conversation about everything firm top to bottom. Front office changes midseason. Players underperforming. Coaching issues. And be honest about it.
