In #Makerspace, 4th and 5th grade students finished their Techno Jungle projects. They created characters with special powers using everyday supplies and littleBits modules. Some characters make noise and have LED glowing eyes, moving heads, or wagging tails! 🐵🐧🐨🐶🦉
3rd grade is so creative! Students in 3M used their imaginations and K'Nex to craft incredible robots, cars, hoverboards, alien spaceships, animals, and more in our #Makerspace yesterday. Check out that megalodon! 🦈🌊
We're getting ready for summer reading! Students started logging their minutes today for the #ScholasticSummerReadingChallenge and put UES on the map!☀️📚🌊

In #Makerspace, 4th & 5th grade students performed a close reading of a text about suspension bridges, collaborated in groups on a design plan, and built one primarily out of straws. Their bridge had to hold the weight of 45 pennies! #Rainbowbridges 🌈🌉
