Amen. If social media gives you anxiety and fear, step away for a bit. If news gives you anxiety and fear, stop watching the news. It’s okay. You can be informed without being consumed. Consume things that bring you peace, that give you hope. Better inputs ➡️ Better outputs

Things that are better than compulsively refreshing Twitter during distressing times: Taking action (vote, volunteer) Walking outside Reading a book Playing with kid Art Music Literally almost anything On that note—outta here till later this week. I recommend you do the same.
