1 of 2 - Dear Twitter Friends: New York City CERT teams are being reorganized by the New York City Office of Emergency Management. Effective immediately, Upper West Side CERT (M7), along with another CERT team, M4/5, will become part of a new entity called Manhattan District 2.
Bronx CERT members supported the Co-op City Community Fair by directing traffic, distributing preparedness material, and recruiting new members. Assemblyman Michael Benedetto (left w/yellow bag) stopped by the table to pick up preparedness materials for his family.
