You don’t have to get it perfect. Just keep showing up.
It is not selfish to take care of yourself. You matter too.
You don't have to pretend to be okay when you're not. You can be honest about what you're feeling.
If you're struggling right now, hold on to the hope that better days are ahead. They are.
You are worthy of hope and help. Nothing can ever change that.
Hope, love, support, forgiveness, space, kindness, acknowledgement—regardless of what you need right now, you are worthy of it.
Remember: Whatever you’re facing is not endless. Know that there is hope for better days.
It’s okay to be anxious about a new week starting tomorrow. You are capable of getting through what next week will bring.

We say this with urgency: We need you here. What that doesn't require, however, is your perfection. It's just you that we need. Your presence and all it entails—perfectly imperfect with questions and wisdom, stumbles and leaps, heartache and joy. #MentalHealthMonth
You are not irrelevant. You’re here. You’re alive. You have thoughts and feelings and a voice. Your heartbeat makes you relevant. Don’t let anyone make you feel invisible or small. You’re one of a kind and powerful and priceless. Lean on people who believe this and remind you.
The storm will pass. Don’t give up hope.
However you may find yourself feeling today, please know that it's valid. For some, today is joyous. For others, it can be filled with heartache, grief, and pain. We want to acknowledge all of it. We see you and we're here with you, always.
