Please repeal the Arbitration Act. There's nothing reasonable in it. The Arbitrators act more arbitrarily than Khap Panchayats. As a Lawyer I have more faith in the fairness of a judge than an Arbitrator. And these days any Tom, Dick and Harry can become an Arbitrator.
